The various machines which make up the wood pellet fuel manufacturing line include; raw material storage bin, cleaning / sieving machine, BPM508 ring die pellet mill, pellets cooling machine, weighting and packing machine. It is our client's first large scale plant for producing biomass energy pellets. Dear Sirs,
I'm courrently looking for a full pellet plant with capacity for 2,5 up to 5 ton/h pellet output.
The feedstock will be 75% pine ( pinus pinaster) and the remain biomass, bushes and forest residues.
The plant will be installed in Northern Portugal. -
According to the capacity of the pellet mill, there is pellet line with capacity 2-3t/h, 3-4t/h, 5-6t/h...... Can you inform which one do you pefer to? Because for capacity 2.5-5t/h, it is a big scope. So pls confirm the capacity again. How about the average moisture and size of the biomass materials? then we can confirm whether how to match the hammer mill and dryer in the offer.
- In fact I'm looking for the 2.5 ton/h capacity. As for the moisture, we prefer to consider the worst conditions, that is green trees cut and immediately chipped in place and transported to factory.This will be in the 40% moisture range. I plan the factory open air, except the warehouse to store the pellets bags in pallets.
- For 2-3t/h pellet plant, the estimated machines cost is around USD 250,000.00 FOB price. From crushing to packing, which includes crusher, dryer, pellet mill, cooler and bagging machine. The pellet plant can not be put in open air. It need be built in warehouse.
